Returns & Refunds

You can return your item to us within 30 days of purchase from our website, as long as it is in an unused condition and in its original packaging, and only if your item is faulty or damaged. You can use the Contact Form on this website to request a return/refund, ensuring that you include your name and order number. If the return is based on an incorrect product being dispatched, then we will arrange, and pay for, the return. If the product(s) were damaged in transit, then please provide details on the Contact Form, and we will be in touch for photographs so that a claim can be made separately against the carrier. If your return is eligible for a refund, we will send you an email confirming this. Your refund will then be processed within 7 days. If you weren’t the original purchaser of the item(s), then any refunds will be made to the original cardholder. If you’d like an exchange, then also do complete a Contact Form, explaining the reasons why you’d like this. Shipping cannot be reimbursed on exchanges, but you are welcome to collect.

Delivery 

The standard delivery options are 2nd class parcel post and free collection. Prices for delivery are likely to fluctuate, such is the way delivery companies are changing their prices. The current charge for 2nd class packages is £3.35 - this is a flat rate (as of 13th March 2023). If you wish to have your order delivered quickly, then please contact Us prior to placing your order so that we may quote you for 1st class or Courier delivery rates

Payment Provider We use Square as the payment platform for this website. We never sell or share email addresses. Remember, email is not a secure way to send personal information because it is not encrypted. Please don't send any personal information to us using email; use our Contact Form instead. You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages).
