Body Scrub

This all-natural salt Body Scrub is perfect for all-over mild body exfoliation. Added to the fine & coarse sea salts are coconut & sweet almond oils, which help greatly with skin dehydration after exfoliation.
 
We always hear about why we should exfoliate our faces - dead skin cells build up and can clog pores and cause acne, simples. But our body skin also builds up dead skin cells, which many of us ignore and so we very rarely exfoliate. 
 
The benefit of a salt scrub is that it not only helps to exfoliate dry skin (leading to smoother, softer and healthier skin), but it also encourages detoxification by stimulating the lymphatic system, helping us to eliminate stagnant toxins.
 
Why salt and not sugar? Sea salt contains many vitamins & minerals that are absorbed by the body, so it does you good from the outside in. Sugar does not give you the same benefits.
 
How to Use? The Body Scrub can be used in the shower and bath, and only a little needs to be used because it is the working-in action of the scrub that helps it rid the skin of all the dead cells lurking on the surface. Whilst it needs to be rinsed well after, to ensure the majority of the oils have dispersed safely away, you only need to pat-down with a towel after, as you want to retain the moisture from the oils on your skin after your bath/shower. This doesn't mean it leaves a greasy residue - just glowing, clean and soft skin.

directions for use - gently rotate the jar, ensuring all contents are mixed. Take a small spoon of scrub and exfoliate where required on the body. Rinse well under the shower or in the bath. Caution - this product contains oils, so please rinse well and take extra care leaving the bath/shower as it may be slippery. Avoid using the scrub immediately after shaving. Avoid contaminating the scrub with water and use a dry spoon, not wet fingers
